I feel a lot more confident now with role playing which is a big deal um also more confident in learning how to object obiective handling and you know being able to make the phone calls where I was afraid before and I have to say my favorite part is that you know David is also a life coach in many ways you know he gives you a completely different perspective there are a lot of places that have these classes and objective handling but he's just he just makes everything so easy in a sense where he just relaxed in the way he does it and there are people who've been there for doing it for 20 years and they take his class and they are learning from that you know it's a big deal for them to do that and so it's helped build their business and I know for myself I've been able to comfortably role play um been able to make those initial phone calls which for me that's a big deal if you know me and um it's great definitely help me a lot”
